I’ll write this post in english because I know many people struggle with this issue
Does your vista explorer take ages to just load the screen or do you have to wait long on ‘file open’ windows in vista?
here’s the sollution:
(1) Open your network card properties (use network center to get there)
(2) Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4), click Properties.
(3) Click Advanced, select WINS tab, select Disable NetBIOS over TCP/IP.
that should do the trick
This issue only appears if you are connected to the internet btw.
